Review of Kill the Irishman (2011) by Dan M — 10 Jan 2012
Not a truly outstanding gangster movie, somewhat lacking in character development and rather disjointed (especially in the first half). The film also relies too heavily on montages. Still a movie worth seeing for fans of the genre (especially those who want a change from the usual New York or Boston settings of organized crime films) with an interesting cast who do a very respectable job with the sketchy characters they're given to portray.
