A fascinating story of the Cleveland mobs, with a compelling performance by Ray Stevenson, Vince D'Onofrio, and a supporting cast. Thoroughly enjoyable. The film has a gritty feel to it, fitting for the subject.
This movie is definitely worth a couple of hours of your time.
