Review of Kill List (2011) by Jordan R — 08 Feb 2012
A very annoying movie. I liked it all the way up until the end when the director decided to slap the audience in the face by ending the movie without answering any of the key questions the film had created.
The ending ruined the entire movie experience for me. This is a shame because I liked how the movie crossed the family drama with a hitman thriller, and then threw in some creepy ocult horror to round it off.
The acting in the film, especially by the two leads, was also very good. If only the film makers had decided to answer the questions they had created the film would have been very good in my opinion. Maybe some people like being confused.
