Like a lot of Brit indie-films, this is worth watching. The violence is disturbing and shocking...I wouldn't have believed I could see someone's head being destroyed by a hammer on a movie and it would seem AUTHENTIC.
Ultimately the movie is let down by a goofball ending that just invalidated everything I had just witnessed. Seemed like the director wanted to shoe-horn in the supernatural, Whicker Man style, and it just didn't work.
Worth the ride for the heart-pumping terror of the hits.
