I'll tell you what, based on his first two films, Ben Wheatley is showcasing some serious chops. Interesting, unexpected storylines that don't sacrifice character development.

While the ending to this one tends to leave some questions unanswered, they feel acceptable to leave dangling because none of our main characters know the answer.

And a few questions can't squelch the fabulous journey Wheatley takes us on.
