Review of Kidulthood (2006) by Umah G — 21 Jun 2008
A great little film. This is the London that reflects the city as it is, not the Notting Hill way. A look in a day of teenagers over 24 hours as the ensue a relentless tide of booze, drug taking, underage sex, stealing as well as dealing with friendship, love and death.
Good performances by Aml Ameen, Red Madrell & Jamie Winstone and Femi Oyeniran as Moony is hilarious.
