I once swapped my copy of the Crow for this movie from a friend. When I watched the tape I saw the tail end of the movie and the rest was a hair loss infomercial. I never got my copy of the Crow back.

I did see it seven years later. And it was one of the worst fucking movies I've ever scene. A complete waste of celluloid. There aren't enough obscenities in the english language to describe my absolute disgust with the kids portrayed in this movie. They have no redeeming qualities and their futures are bleak and they will most likely all get AIDS, die an early death or end up in prison.
