Funny and bizarre NYC film produced by Scorcese and DeFina suffers slightly from an uninteresting main character but flourishes with an excellent supporting cast (James, Woods, Linda Fiorentino, Burt Young, Lily Taylor).
Best gun play I've seen in years.
