Review of Kick-Ass 2 (2013) by Tropicaces — 15 Aug 2013
I really liked the first one. It was fresh and great seeing an R rated superhero film. But this time around it feels almost derivative. It's still fun watching everyone kick the crap out of each other, but the pacing and forced plot points take a lot away.
Still enjoyable, just nowhere near as good as the first time around.
