Review of Kick-Ass 2 (2013) by Max M — 14 May 2014
Kick-Ass 2 isn't as fun as the first movie. The darker parts of the movie overshadow the humorous parts. And while seeing the escalation of the vigilante movement is interesting, the Hit Girl storyline felt flat and contrived.
It works as a sequel and there are some good action sequences, but it's not a great movie.
