Shaina (jacqueline) is a psychiatrist who meets a prospective alliance in the form of Himanshu (randeep) a tough cop. She reveals her past about an affair with Devi Lal (salman) who is mad about having a kick and leaves her without reason for another kick. From his end, Himanshu reveals about tracing a very intelligent thief called Devil. Incidentally, Devil happens to be Devi Lal and what happens after that forms the rest.

The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was completely engaging. The dialogues were punch packed. The script was above average and the screenplay was extremely impressive. The background score was spectacular and songs were chartbusters. Cinematography was excellent. Editing was upto the mark. Costumes were too good while the art department was fabulous. Salman Khan has once again proved why he is the best in business,he completely owned the film, one hasn't seen Salman have so much fun on screen in awhile. This is best performance since Wanted,he dances,he fights,does comedy, and romance. He is completely AMAZING.Jacqueline Fernandez was burning the screen on fire, she danced like never before in Jumme Ki Raat, and her act was also great. Randeep Hooda was competent, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was excellent, he oozes venom on screen. Mithun Chakraborty was perfect. Saurabh Shukla gave some entertainment in comedy scenes. Nargis Fakhri was hot.

The film is the remake of the Telugu blockbuster with the same name and it must be said that this is a much enhanced version of the same plot filled with more action, richness and energy. The first half goes around with elements of comedy, some high octane action and also some romance. The interval bang was breathtaking and the second half takes the film to another level, the action scenes, the emotional pre climax, and climax is completely jaw dropping on screen, whistles, clapping will be seen in abundance. This a film which is not just appealing to the masses but also for all genres of audience.Kick will smash BO records left right and center, D3,CE better watch out because 2014 most entertaining film is upon us.Kick has some best action and music seen in 2014. A special to Director Sajid Nadidwala who give the film a international feel, and who gives the message that the best kick in life is given when one helps others when they are in dire need. Overall this film is a Salman Khan show all the way, but film works on its own merits also, a HISTORIC BLOCKBUSTER!!! A must watch.
