Review of Kevin & Perry Go Large (2000) by Daniel A — 02 Aug 2008
Comedy sketch inflated to feature length; suffers from the probs you'd expect from such inflation i.e: jokes that can only fill the running time by waning repetition. Basically the characters from the Harry Enfield show go on a Viz-style jaunt to Ibiza to lose their virginity with much hi-jinks ensuing.
Although the humour can get tired through overapplication, there do remain a few scenes of laugh-out loud humour and a few other bits that'll induce a smile or two. Hardly essential, top-drawer comedy, but not a total failure.
