Review of Kes (1970) by Alex B — 03 Sep 2011
Nature/common property freely/(re)creatively labored upon as refuge/escape for a boy neglected, bullied, oppressed by family and school (by the state and the economy). It hints wonderfully at how much better the world would be if we organized it according to the rule: from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.
