I am not a big fan of in-your-face antiwar movies because I find them as polemical and unrealistic as movies that glorify war and the military. But I have a soft spot for this lighthearted romp that plays up the ingenuity and attitude of the American dogface and points out that, more often than not, his worst enemy is the commanding general.
