Review of Keanu (2016) by Erik S — 30 Apr 2016
Short, sweet, and to the point Keanu has an adorable set of kittens (or maybe just one). That entertains thoroughly with some clever references, well placed comedic timing, and excellent chemistry from Key and Peele.
As someone who has never really encountered their comedic chemistry I was pleasantly entertained. However, if there is one problem with the movie it is that is overall pretty forgettable. Nothing really stands out here and I would probably be a tad bit disappointing if I purchased a ticket at AMC after matinee hour.
A fun slick which I will constitute as a stoner flick since when I exited the theatre I could smell the pot. How I didn't notice it sooner I don't know. Thanks for reading :).
