Review of Keanu (2016) by Gavin P — 19 Aug 2017
A simple 'out-of-their-depth' comedy, where Clarence (Key) & Rell (Peele) get caught up in with an LA gang, after adopting a kitten that belongs to a gangster. It's mostly silly fun, with Keanu Reeves even popping up to voice his namesake in one scene.
Plenty of shootouts - final one very reminiscent of 'Beverly Hills Cop' - and some funny moments, but nothing out of the ordinary. Good dumb fun.
