Review of Keanu (2016) by Chris H — 21 Sep 2017

In true Key and Peele fashion, some parts go on way too long and others are absolutely hilarious. It's essentially a skit from their former show stretched out to movie length. Nobody that I know doesn't like K&P, so everyone should like this movie. We knew they were funny but they can also act pretty well, too.

Without revealing too much about the movie, it's kind of like a mix between Horrible Bosses and Peewee's big adventure, if you will.

While it's probably not a movie that will stand the test of time, it is a well put together comedy movie that doesn't pander to the lowest common denominator. If you enjoy K&P, just go see it. You won't regret it in the least.
