Review of Keane (2004) by Jon B — 02 Jun 2008
Damien Lewis is incredible in this film, delivering a powerful, emotion provoking performance. He creates a very complex and interesting character in Keane. The slow pace of the film is fitting for the topics it's dealing with and the lack of music makes it feel realistic and a bit voyeuristic, in my opinion.
Great film, harrowing story, brilliant acting. Check it out.
