Review of Keane (2004) by Sean O — 25 Aug 2008
Quite an odd film about a Man clearly on the verge of losing his sanity who lost his young daughter at a bus station a year ago and is still looking for her and looking for signs which tell him she is coming back.
Damian Lewis is extremely good as the father and when you watch the film you get this feeling that you are a fly on the wall watching him and that you are really there with him, I think the fact that the film has no soundtrack helps.
It has a few flaws though which dosn't get it more stars the main one being it's too weird.
