Review of Keane (2004) by Cory B — 18 Jan 2010
A harrowing look into child abduction, Keane features a haunting and inspired performance from relatively-unseen Damien Lewis. The film didn't even need a plot when you're seeing him onscreen, doing his thing as the title character.
Abigail Breslin and Amy Ryan also give great turns. Not technically astounding, but with those performances, you can't complain. A beauty.
