Review of Katy Perry: Part of Me (2012) by Matthew D — 13 Aug 2012
Witty, likeable, Katy Perry: Part Of Me is enjoyable, using to advantage the situation involving Russel Brand, showing her at her lowest points. By That Time in the movie, you are touched by her total likeable personality, using that to make the viewers touched and sorrowful.
Katy nuts will awe at every oddball remark she makes, start crying at her emotional distress (my mother), and gaze in awe at the 3D that isn't that useful. This, however the setbacks during production, is an enjoyable film that shows how popstars have feelings too.
