A colorful, bright, exciting and inspiring movie that lifts the spirit of Katy Cats everywhere! In 2nd place of one of the best concert documentary movies I've ever seen, right behind Glee: The 3D Concert Movie.
And yes, this was a thousand times better than Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.
