Katy Perry: Part of Me has an overall underwhelming sensation to it that detiriates any valid necessity for it to be in 3-D. But as far as musical documentaries go, "Katycats" (as I believe her fans are nicknamed) and other audiences get to see a side of the pop singer-songstress never shown in TV documentaries about her.
