Really amazing film, I never get sick of seeing it, it's like watching it new every time. And every time it is heartwarming, tragic, and thought-provoking.
There is not a weak moment in it; all the actors (esp the patients and jeff bridges.... spacey doesnt do much for me) are just perfect.
Btw - the end IS ambiguous. Your opinion is your opinion. That's fine, but I don't necessarily agree with you. Not that I can decide for sure what I think...!
