Review of K-PAX (2001) by Guido S — 28 Jan 2014
Kevin Spacey is arrested at a train station and is brought to Jeff Bridges for a psych eval as part of being sent over from the government since he has no money. Spacey knows a lot of things that only top level astronomers know and has abilities that no human has in ultraviolet vision.
Bridges thinks he's just faking it, but Spacey maintains his otherworldly persona. He later finds out that 5 years eearlier, something happened and tries to find out what happened before Spacey leaves.
However, he is unable to get him to stop and he ends up disappearing. This was a pretty good movie. I put off seeing it forever and it seems like it has been forgotten since it came out, which is a shame because it is a pretty solid movie with good performances by the two leads.
A good movie.
