Review of K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) by Penelope B — 28 Oct 2006
A film which proves that it is not only the American's that are capable of deserting their war-heroes in time of need, oh no the Russians can do it too (possibly the reason for the American's to shoot this film?).
The film shows the tension which can occur with so many people in such a confined space especially after the catastrophe's start and the ultimate dread of a slow and painful death whilst back at home they are being accused of simply not keeping in touch.
How many other similar stories are there out there that have never been uncovered?
