Review of K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) by Patrick B — 08 Jun 2007
This movie is flat out one of my favorite Cold War naval movies, perhaps surpassing Red Tide. The characters were very real and tensions were believable. Character development was spot on and portrayed in a way that made if obvious without seeming to attempt to do so.
It?s interesting to see Mr. Ford perform a role that required an accent. Overall, I?d say he hit it pretty spot on. One of my favorites, for sure.
