Review of K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) by Rex M — 23 Nov 2008
A fantastic submarine drama set during the Cold War. What sets this movie above the rest is that it is not so much a tale of war, but a showcase of the human condition in impossible circumstance. Loosly based on the real life events of the 'Hiroshima' nuclear submarine.
Not to mention Harrison Ford's perfomance as a Russian is a fun twist.
