Review of K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) by David F — 06 Jan 2009
I just....I dunno. What was Ford thinking? How in the world did he pass up on so many films and then miserably take on a Russian accent? If you take out his distracting performance, it's a decent thriller based on harrowingly tragic events.
Still, it's hard to beat Wolfgang Peterson's "Das Boot"! In the end, not even Han Solo and Qui-Gon could save this one....it sunk!
