Review of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never (2011) by Tony — 31 May 2011
Call me crazy - but this middle aged granny was pleasantly surprised at just how good this documentary on teenage heart-throb Justin Bieber is. You see footage of him from a very young age (showing real talent even then) being raised by his single mom and his grandparents - this young man does have more talent and sheer hard-work ethic than many give him credit for.
I actually enjoyed the documentary - the musical numbers and though directed more to his (very young) fans, it does give a good message that only hard work and endurance of rough times will bring you your dreams - but they are attainable if you just stick with it.
Good for him. He's found a new fan.
