Yep, I watched it. Bottom Line: it's an incredible piece of promotion from L.A. Reid and Usher about a kid who was born more talented than 99.99% of human beings and who has an incredible work ethic and a surprisingly nice but incredibly bland personality.
His success in an short period of time is noteworthy and this film takes all the note that anyone could ever want.
Could not imagine seeing this in a theater, but my 6 year old loved it.
