Review of Justice League: The New Frontier (2008) by Dave M — 16 Apr 2008

This was one I was really looking forward to, being a big fan of the mini-series and I'm sorry to say I was disappointed here. I realise it was tough trying to incorporate the epic into a brief timeframe, but I feel they could have taken more liberties to tell a more structed story rather than just cherry-pick choice moments from the comic.

Also, I thought the score let the movie down too, it tended to be a bit generic without having a good motif to carry through the film. The voice-work was pretty good though, predictably good work from Neil Patrick Harris and Miguel Ferrer.

Jeremy Sistowas better than I thought he'd be too.
