Review of Justice League: The New Frontier (2008) by Brady S — 16 Mar 2009

Saw the begining of this one night with my young kids on Cartoon Network as who doesn't luv DC superheroes. Then Hal jordan blew off the head of any enemy soldier. Uh-oh. not current age OK for my kids.

we missed the ratings card at the beginning. picked up the DVD at the circuit city "we're broke" sale. Great source material. Ok animation. DC/Warner haven't taken the next step in improving/ spending more cash on anime.

Still they managed some great scenes but the wittled down story from the graphic novel carries the film. Another minus is the film's run time which is only about 70 minutes. Could've been longer to really give the film extra depth but again it seems all limited on budget.
