Like so many of these direct to video movies its animation looks cheap and its runtime is way too short to fully develop its concepts. That said this is still a very interesting movie for DC fans. Its an elseworld story with a very different version of the DC Universe which makes it feel unique yet at the same time referential to longtime fans.
It presents us with a darker less heroic version of the Justice League and well develops these very different characters for its runtime. A fun movie and the best one of these released in the last couple years.
