I love an alternate Earth story and this didn't disappoint - it's a well directed, smart, entertaining ride with a clear love for the stranger areas of the DCU that takes nods from Gardner Fox and Grant Morrison.
The voice cast are excellent (hell, even Nolan North is in there) but it's James Woods who shines as Owlman. I think this is my second favourite on the DC straight to DVD animation line, after Justice League: New Frontier.
