Review of Justice League (2017) by Rob R — 16 Mar 2018

I don't know what movie the critics are watching, the movie's not perfect, but it's not terrible. I really enjoyed it. Much like they do in their animated features, DC assumes that you're already somewhat familiar with the characters and their backstories, so I can see how a non-fan may have felt like they were missing something in that respect.

However, if you're a DC fan, and you don't need a ton of backstory and character development, this movie allows you forgo that and just jump right into a fun Justice League adventure. I left the theater disappointed when I went to see Batman vs Superman, but I walked away from this flick feeling hopeful for the franchise.

Go see the movie for yourself, don't let critics (who seem poised to hate anything from DC at this point) deter you from enjoying Justice League!
