I saw this for the first time during the same week I watched Avengers: Infinity War. I am a DC fan (superheroes, comics), but there is simply no comparison between these two films. JL is a mess. Thin character development, tired dialogue, a wholly one-dimensional plot and - this cannot be overstated - appalling CGI.

The villain is so cartoonish that it is all but impossible to suspend disbelief long enough to find him in any way threatening. The cast does what they can with what they've been given, but it is rarely enough to raise the film above mediocrity.

If DC is going to keep this franchise going, they need new leadership and an entirely new vision for presenting these characters and stories. Jenkins' WW was a great start - it is crazy to think, after that example, that they would release this garbage.
