Review of Justice League (2017) by Cooper R — 16 May 2018

I don't believe this movie deserves the hate it got. I think this is the second best movie in the DCEU, behind Wonder Women. This movie is much more fun than the previous entrees in this universe. This team-up movie, while not being on the same level as 'Marvel's The Avengers', gives us fun action sequences, a lot more quips than previous films and a few great performances.

The problems I had with this movie included some of the visual effects were extremely cartoony at times, a villain that does not seem threatening and has an incredibly weak backstory and some of the characters in the 'Justice League' are not given their rightful amount of backstory and screen time.

Excluding those flaws, I had a good time in the theater when I reminded myself that I wasn't going to get another great superhero movie, I was going to get a mostly-fun action film.
