Review of Justice League (2017) by Abdelrahman M — 11 Feb 2018
It was fine. I think people will find less to complain about than some of the other recent DC films (Wonder Woman excluded). It was trying to be less dark/more fun, but it's still a far cry from matching the excitement of Marvel's films.
Going into it, I thought Cyborg would be the weakest character and drag the film down, but honestly he was a very interesting and likable personality. The biggest drawback in the entire movie is the villain.
He's just boring and I didn't really buy him as a credible threat to The Justice League. One of my other complaints about these films is the CGI. I understand you can't do everything in practical effects, but there's so much cartoony CGI in these movies that they should consider just making it entirely in animation.
