Review of Justice League (2017) by Neil J — 30 Dec 2017
Justice League contains some good aspects and is certainly more consistent than the other DCEU films, but the film is rushed in every aspect. It sacrifices story and characters with just big action sequences that look shockingly dull.
There's barely any scenes that let us soak in the team or its individual characters making everything feel less involving. The movie does have a few instances of taking its time with smaller scenes, a consistent tone and pace and the finale is entertaining enough, but Justice League is not a great movie and is ultimately just a fine disposable movie that could've been much more.
