Joss Wheadon's notable humour made the film more enjoyable. Ezra Miller clearly shines in his role as the Flash, but the entire ensemble did the best with what they could. Although Aquaman was different from Geoff John's initial books and other subsequent graphic novels, the writer/director clearly ensured that Jason Momoa had taken Aquaman in the right direction.

There were some missed opportunities with including music from the band with the same name as the villain and a few flaws, but overall enjoyable.
