I was shocked to see the low ratings from critics. I don't know how much depth you want from a movie about comic heroes. This isn't Shakespeare! I actually thought it was a big step for DC comics.

Aquaman needed more significant plot involvement, but this Superman was more assertive. Wonder woman is filling the role she should fill. They did great with the flash! DC is still playing catchup with Marvel, but this movie was a great start.
