Review of Justice League (2017) by T. Keith H — 26 Nov 2017

An excellent intro movie. The idiosyncrasies of Flash were endearing and humanizing. The independence & machismo of Aquaman was refreshing in an age of touchy feely strongmen, like Thor, who lack authenticity.

Cyborg's pain revealed a depth of character through his father's suffering to save his son. Superman returned to save the day as always. Batman showed a supehero could suffer. All the while Wonder Woman stole the show with her courage in the face of overwhelming power.

Kudos to DC and Justice League. A little more edginess and internal conflict would have only made it into an avengers-wannabe, which seems to be what most of the critics were looking for.
