It devastates me to see the Tomatometer... I honestly can appreciate some of the criticism... and when I try to detach emotionally, I could appreciate that Steppenwolf needed to be fleshed out more, and made to be more hate-able.. But as a true comic book geek, who loves these characters... I have to say that I cannot remember having more fun at the movies!!...

As amicable as the Marvel movies are, they are so easily forgettable..

Not that this has to be a Marvel vs DC issue, but I wonder if most reviews by people who don't 'Get' comics are using the Marvel films as a measuring stick... which is so unfair because of the fact that these are such different films...

Bottom line.. If you have even a passing interest in these characters... You will have a blast at the theatre... If you are a SUPERMAN fan, you will want to see this multiple times in the theatre, and buy the 4k blu ray as soon as you can!!
