Review of Justice League (2017) by Nipp S — 19 Nov 2017
Overall this is a good movie consistent with the lore of the DC universe as we know it, including some great nods to diehard fans. The story is solid and flows well, and the tone is appropriate (as opposed to what some critics say) given the various leading characters and their differences.
Batman is brooding, Wonder Woman is hopeful, Flash is young and naive, Aquaman is serious and strong yet opens up (you'll see), and Cyborg is unsure and learning his strengths and dedicated. There's great call backs to comics, animated series, etc (such as the hint of future romance between two of the main characters).
They clearly followed in the footsteps of Wonder Woman movie. This was a great movie and if DC continues along this trend, we might actually get a good universe.
