This is the review of a comic book fan whose dream came to the big screen. Also, on that note, I'd like to point out that going into this movie expecting some oscar masterpiece is just wrong (and it's not the movie's fault) as it is just a comic book movie and a pretty decent on.

The first thing I should point out is that WB and DC listened to the complaints about BvS and chose a lighter, funnier tone for this movie even though a character like batman isn't suited for it. The jokes were good when they came from the right direction (e.g. Flash) but felt a little forced when they didn't.

Justice is being done to Superman, as he finally comes out as the unstoppable force we all know and love.

Most of the people complain about the villain being too little of a threat to the team but personally I think that is not the case, as the team struggles to keep up with his level of power until a certain point in the movie. He is, however, not that interesting of a character, probably because his backstory is not really developed.

The CGI is decent for about 80% of the time (characters like cyborg and steppenwolf included). There have been complaints about Henry Cavill's upper lip as a result of his mustache being removed; I honestly think that if people weren't told about this mustache no one would have complained about it that much. Also, the special effects are very good.

Sountrack is not that good, and if you compare it to Zimmer it is quite bad, but it shouldn't stop people from enjoying the movie.

Overall the film is good though and, to an extent, it delivers most of the things people wished to see. The reason I wrote this review is because I saw all the 2-star and 3/10 grades and I think the critics who are bashing it are probably not comicbook-movies fans or they were just looking for something else entirely. The little-under-2-hours runtime may have led to some parts of the storytelling being rushed and I don't understand this decision, but hopefully there will be an extended cut in the future.

I enjoyed this film and it surely is not a masterpiece, BUT it's not the worst movie like people want you to think. It's not even worse than some Marvel movies who have higher scores or better reviews(*cough* Iron Man 3 *cough* Thor: The Dark World* cough*).

People who were hyped to see it but are held back by the negative reviews, I tell you this- Go see it. Make up your own decision and don't listen to other people's opinion about this movie, or any movie in general for that matter (My opinion included).
