Review of Just Married (1998) by Gabriel M — 12 Aug 2008

I don't think I laughed once during this movie but I totally bought Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy as a couple more than I did Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. I don't know, Brittany Murphy's just too damn likable when she doesn't look like a drug addict.

I also liked seeing Christian Kane, who I've been a fan of since 'Angel'. They tried to make him a complete douchebag but aside from hitting on Brittany Murphy during her honeymoon, he was kind of a nice guy.

I mean, he bought them a bottle of cognac, he gave them a toast in front of her family and he even bailed them out of prison. That takes class.
