Review of Just Like Heaven (2005) by Ruba E — 03 Oct 2009
A very sweet movie that I pop in the dvd player whenever i'm bored and feel like watching a light film; Reese and Mark were great in the scenes they were together. a lot of my friends thought it was a lame idea for a film but I actually like the whole ghost aspect in movies and this is one of my favorite ghost stories. and I loved the scene in the restaurant where Mark is trying to save a guy from dying (that makes me laugh everytime).
I also read the novel (it's original title was If Only it were True by Marc Levy) the book was a fun read but it focused more on the dramatic side and the guy's history; unlike the film which showed the romantic comedy side. I recommend reading the book and watching the movie, they're both very enjoyable.
