The film, while obviously not going to win any oscars, is a relatively harmless movie. Yes, it's a little silly and cliche at times, and the dialogue can be a little messy, but so is people's speech in real life.
If anything, I found the acting more realistic than in a lot of other movies. I don't see how it only got a 19%. Not every movie has to be serious and moving. This was a harmless stupid/silly type of funny, and I loved it.
