Review of Just Cause (1995) by Michael T — 05 Apr 2009
There is a twist ending in this movie; that much is all I can say. Some people will figure out the twist ending rather quickly and others will not. This was one of those films that followed SILENCE OF THE LAMBS and Ed Harris delivers a great performance as a pure psychopath sitting on death row who may be responsible for the crimes that another man sitting on death row is accused of.
The film always has a measure of horror in it but turns from a courtroom drama into a straight-out psychofilm rather quickly. Its not 100% successful and I figured out the twist ending but enjoyed it nonetheless.
